Description of problem

To find this information open the System Information panel. You can do this by going to Start > Run and type msinfo32 into the box and click OK.

Enter OS Name into the Operating System field.

Enter Processor into the Processor field.

Click on Components > Display on the tree to the left. Enter the Adapter Type information in the Graphics Card Field.

		If you are able to start Pointools View. Open Pointools View. Go to the Help > About Pointools View menu item. The build number appears on the information box. If you are unable to start Pointools View. Go to the installation folder. This is most probably c:\Program Files\Pointools\View_1_5 and open the notes folder. Open release_notes.txt The version number of this release should be indication within the first few lines. [close]
